The Right Hand Man: A tribute exhibition to Ray Lowry
Our autumn exhibition plays homage to the late Ray Lowry who died a year ago on the 14th October
His work as a cartoonist was world renown having had work published in the likes of NME, private eye, the Guardian and many more.
His energetic ink sketches whilst on tour with the Clash are now collectors’ items and his fine art and abstract work has gained recognition in the art world.
He has left behind a great legacy of work for us to enjoy and remember him by.
We are lucky here at the gallery to be involved in organizing his collection and it is because of this that our buyers are privileged to get the opportunity to attend the first exhibition since his death and purchase work never seen before.
The proceeds of the exhibition are to be used to take Ray’s work to bigger Public galleries and to give a wider audience the pleasure of seeing his work.
If you wish to attend the private view of this exciting exhibition you will need to contact the gallery, as entry is by invite only.
